Making it easy to grasp - What the tax cuts to the rich mean in comparison to the 99% / Rev. Al
I just hear Al Sharpton say it; I'm a bit unclear on the numbers but not the concept.

The average Bush Tax cut for the rich is (and here I'm unclear, but the difference looked like about 5 thousand dollars) is about the same as the average income of the 99%

The figures, out of the corner of my eye were 58 000 and 63000 or thereabouts.

All I can say is DAMN!

I don't want to say more, I'm just the damn messenger.

though thinking their tax cut was even more than 50% of the population grosses. I can remember a client way back when I did daycare complaining about having to pay 35,000 in taxes. Told her I wish I made that in a year and maybe I needed to raise my rates. Last time she ever complained about having too much around any of us. lol
