The University of California-Davis chancellor said in an interview that campus police defied her orders by using pepper spray on peaceful student protesters five days ago, The Sacramento Bee reports.

My aside: Pardon me, I believe that all of us will likely feel this way so I'll say it here: Why did it take her how many days and an international meme to mention that she ordered them to use no pepper spray? When more than one cop had it and used it? Why was she not outraged on the spot? Why has she still not said shit about the injuries suffered by the students? It's all about her.
