I guess you are familiar with xkcd.com and Lileks.com. James Lileks seems to have added so much to his schedule that his free content has gone downhill, but it's a huge site and keeps accumulating material. I particuarly love the matchbooks, postcards, and other ephemera.
Theoatmeal.com also is a good internet comic site, although it's just one guy so it doesn't grow that fast.
I also check back every few weeks to catch up on Doonesbury.com. Doonesbury doesn't have the cachet it did in the 70s and 80s, but it's still very enjoyable IMO and you can go all the way back in the archives.
