Edit: Cloture filed. Vote is now on Saturday. So far, Brown/Murkowski/Snowe/Collins have said they will support, giving us 61 votes. That leaves a 1-vote cushion if someone doesn't make it. Or, they could all defect and kill it. We will find out Saturday.
