8. I think it's funny how it's the consensual sex that did him in. |
|
Not the harassment or assault, but the stuff the other woman did willingly.

13. It was a last straw type thing. Had that come up first, or only, |
|
probably not. OTOH, a 13-year long affair is some serious betrayal of a loyal spouse to whom he made some vows, and I'd think many people were interested aspect in that as well.

14. I have something more to say about him: his ARROGANCE |
|
Personally, I'm thoroughly disgusted to learn that on top of everything else he had a 13-year affair with someone. And I sense it's the final straw for him relative to his potential candidacy in the opposing party's presidential bid.
But what I spent the entire afternoon in a state of absolute amazement is his colossal ARROGANCE.
Yes, arrogance.
How incredible ARROGANT for him to spend 13 years cuddling up to a woman not his wife, then end that relationship fairly recently (September, I think she said), thinking that it wouldn't come out, that she (and others) would keep their mouths shut?? That he could somehow skate through all that completely untouched??? It's an arrogance so colossal that it borders on the delusional in my mind. That alone would make him ineligible for serious candidacy for the Presidency.
