Who do you think is standing up for you or the common man? Is it the President? Is it the Congress? Perhaps it is the Senate? Or is it Big Business?

We can now take our heads out of the sand. No one is standing up for us, the people. We are getting screwed every which way from Sunday.

I don't mean to be so negative but, I just read where GM is taking jobs to Mexico in these dire times and GE is letting India make turbine engines. Coincidentally, the President just names the CEO of GE to head the jobs panel for his economic team as Paul Volcker is swept out the door. How in the hell can we rationalize that?

Piss on our boots and tell us it's raining. It has never been more obvious what this White House and those in it believe. They believe in the conservative viewpoint of governing. Poor people don't create jobs - taxcuts do. My arms are getting very tired rowing this boat...

We have gold too, maybe not as much but together its quite a pretty penny.

Even if we never spend it on anything more than a good set of earplugs to not listen to the noise machine.

I see plenty of ads during campaigns but I still only voted for those who represented my beliefs.
