How Attorney General Holder responds to the Common Cause request for an inquiry could have absolutely huge implications for how political campaigns and advocacy are paid for in the future:

1. Oh, Come Now!
Do you think that Dynamic Duo of Obama and Holder, being given a map and all the gear, would be clever enough to take on the easiest job in the world and win a path to a runaway victory in 2012 by taking on Scalia and Thomas?

It would make a great escapist film.

6. :) Obama came out strongly against the CU decision last year
at the SOTU. I doubt he'll mention it this year, not because he's planning to do nothing, but rather because he would support this challenge. Holder is another question, though.
