4. Sounds impossible because of the non-compete clause in KO's agreement w/ MSNBC |
|
I don't know that I'd like him delivering the news as a straight anchor, anyway.

8. Non competes are, generally speaking, not enforceable |
|

and, since it sounds like MSNBC breached the contract anyway, null and void in this case.
I know, I was subject to one for supposedly 3 years, went to work for a competitor within 6 months after terminating the contract early, they didn't even try to sue me to stop the employment.

10. IMO it isn't simply because.... |
|
1.) He'd only be on for 30 minutes 2.) He'd only be a teleprompter reading robot reporting the cherry-picked stories 3.) CBS couldn't handle the heat Keith would bring into their kitchen! :nuke: LOL! KA-BOOM!!

11. I sincerely doubt that will happen |
|
Look at the lengths they went to in order to rid themselves of the last anchor with any journalistic integrity, Dan Rather.
While I doubt they'll renew Couric except as a co anchor, they'll want some bland male who will lie for the corporation.
