This 'take down' was a warning to all news/commentators |
|
Telling them not to get out of line and they don't care how high the ratings are, liberal leaning commentary will not be tolerated. Lean Right, or get KOed!

1. And as with stolen Presidential elections, the citizens, ultimately, will do nothing about it |

They won't even fucking stop their cable subscriptions.
So -- with nothing to fear -- why shouldn't our masters do as they please?

15. They all do here in AZ... |
|
And they all also have Faux and CNN. CNN bores me; I'd rather have cholera than watch Faux, and am feeling much the same about MSNBC right now, in light of KO's untimely departure.

what satellite company do you have that doesn't include MSNBC. Don't tell me Directv, 'cause I'll know you're full of it. This is BS. I cannot wait to be done with my contract. Then I'm done with any cable/satellite company, period.

16. Exactly. right. And I think "being done with our contracts" is the only way to go. |

It's the last small lever we have left with them. Any of them: Withdrawal of our economic support.

maybe they will give Keith a Sunday afternoon time slot when no one is watching television, just like they did with Murrow when he took down McCarthy.

9. I think you are absolutely right, and, personally |

I find it disheartening and sad that there are plenty of people that don't want to believe that it had anything to do with the comcast merger. It had everything to do with the merger, imho, and, obviously, this is just the start. Really, really tragic. Sucks to be us.

a v-chip. They did this so parents could keep there kids from seeing anything real. It works really good at blocking a channel. Fox was the only channel mine blocked until tonight at 9 PM. At that time MSNBC was blocked on every TV in this house. The people can fight by not watching. Luckily I have never had to suffer the torture called Comcast. I love Rachel but can get her podcast. I refuse to give MSNBC or NBC another minute of my time. I used to not watch much TV and thinking it is time to not watch much TV again.

who call out their lies, I seriously wouldn't mind doing without tv at this point. I've got netflix & that's quite sufficient. And I love to read.
When I get turned off to something, it sticks; this is one of those times. I'm done with MSNBC. If the new owners can't tolerate Keith's integrity, then how could I trust anyone on that network under the same new ownership?

14. There's really no proof of anything insidious here... |

I wouldn't be surprised if your theory turns out to be right... but without any further information, jumping to this conclusion is really just paranoia.
Be patient, and when more information is uncovered, then jumping to the conclusion will be justified...
