Did you mean Sheriff Fletcher lied about the number of terrorists (as the article reveals) or did you mean he liked the terrorists. I suppose both words fit. To the extent that he needed this false pretext, he could have "liked" it.

And the latest false flag operation is trying to get Portland working with the Joint Terrorism Task Force. I'm disinclined to do that, because I don't see a whole lot of improvement in the FBI between 2008 and now.
