Todd Palin Affair Rumors Could Damage Sarah Palin's Political Career
Todd Palin Affair Rumors Could Damage Sarah Palin's Political Career

----------------

The massage therapist Palin is rumored to have had affair with is Shailey Tripp. Tripp was arrested in March 2010 with running a house of prostitution. It is within that investigation that law enforcement officials confiscated physical items, which directly tie Sarah Palin's husband to Tripp. Tenants of the building where Tripp had her office reported seeing Todd Palin often.

Neither Sarah Palin nor her husband Todd has commented on the National Enquirer story. However, this may have already damaged her political career. In the recent past, the public has learned just what rumors of extra martial affairs can do to a political career.

1. I wonder what the "physical items" are that they can tie directly to Tawd.
Checks? Engraved handcuffs?

43. Not to worry...
Hannity will interview her about it and everything will be okey dokey. Besides, no one plays the victim better than Sarah Baby. This will be right up her alley.

A lengthy thread on this subject was locked due to insulting comments made about Ms. Tripp's looks/weight. We can be better than that!

8. Nope..
It will endear her to the people who "love" her unconditionally, and it won't make the people who despise her, like her less:)

Her people will pour out the sympathy & want to help her though it.

9. What a stupid article
1) Her "career" is limited because over 50% reject her outright - based on REAL things.

2) It is not Sarah, but Todd, who is accused here. I don't remember Bill Clinton's proven infidelity hurting Hillary when she ran for Senate - about 2 years after the accusations. If anything, there was sympathy. (But, Hillary had a reputation for being both smart and concerned with issues that people in NYC cared about.)

than this pile of crap.

She is the de-facto leader of what is a race hate terror movement for a start.

What Todd does or does not do with a prostitute is not relevant.

Jon Ensign's still a senator, after all.

And as for ignoring the former half-term governor of Alaska, I ask: Why the hell would you do that? She is the face and the epitome of today's Republican party. Tie her securely around the neck of every other Republican, all her nitwittery, all her buffoonery, every last scrap of idiocy. Let the Republicans distance themselves from her. Let the Republicans worry about answering for her.

28. "We can accept that you're not very bright & that you could destroy the country..."
"But we can't handle your husband's cheatin' on ya."

Could it be because he broke a couple of Ten Commandments?

Nope. They're okay with bearing false witness, hating thy neighbor/killing thy neighbor, & idolizing money over doing Jesus' work of helping those who are hungry/without resources.

Must be because of that "Family Values" thingy they claim to have.

If there is something to this rumor I'm sure we'll be hearing all about why "it matters" and we'll be hearing it from establishment Republicans.

Watch what happens here; it'll be a good lesson for anybody concerned about "President Palin".

39. Was it an affair or was he just screwing her?
Maybe he just wanted sex. Or maybe he wanted sex and attention. Or maybe sex and friendship. Was it sex and love?

In any event, it sounds like he wasn't feeling "fulfilled" with his spouse. One has to wonder if her travel schedule was part of the issue.

Going to an establishment of prostitution isn't an affair, in my book.

Besides, unless Caribou Barbie herself did this, its only going to strengthen her support with the people who already see her as a victim. If it ever is revealed to be completely true, her forgiveness of Todd would surely make her a saint in their eyes.
