Perhaps Assange's book is going to be quite damaging in its own right. Or perhaps there are some highly tense negotiations going on in the background regarding Manning or other whistle blowers. This is like the proverbial iceberg where what we see is only a fraction of what's there. Assange has definitely told them he has plenty of ammo against the biggest of the big.

6. Wikileaks released account information about this bank over two years ago.
If they blew the lid off of any crimes, I didn't hear about it.

Either there is no evidence to bring action, or (more likely) no one cares to prosecute.
