He was a miserable kid by all accounts, tried to burn his own house down and another attempt at suicide as well. At 16 or so he began a fitness regimen. He became the Godfather of fitness and lived an incredibly long, productive, happy, healthy life.
I used to laugh at him. Now I admire the man greatly.
Say what you want, it's not easy to create a body like he had at 50.
He has my respect/
