Dan Abrams appears to be leaving NBC
http://www.politico.com/click/stories/1101/dan_abrams_may_head_to_abc.html

Longtime NBCer Dan Abrams may be heading to ABC News after almost 15 years at NBC News, POLITICO has learned.

The move isn't final, but ABC insiders suggest it’s all but done and expect an official announcement within days. A spokesman for ABC declined to confirm the discussions between ABC and Abrams but said, "Dan's a talented guy and would be an asset to any news organization."

... Abrams joined NBC News in 1997 as a general assignment reporter and eventually got his own show in 2001 on MSNBC ("The Abrams Report"), then become general manager of MSNBC from June 2006 to October 2007. Abrams continued to work as an on-air personality, hosting "Live with Dan Abrams" and "Verdict with Dan Abrams."

... A spokesman for NBC News told POLITICO: "NBC News thanks Dan for his years of service and dedication and we wish him nothing but the best."

2. Interesting...
I wish a few others would go elsewhere (preferably to a global reaching cable news network that wasn't under the corporate claw).

3. He use to have his own show, saw that a few times.

Didn't know he was still around when his show left air. I do remember one comment he also made about not talking about some things, seems to be a mantra on much of news, seemed like a decent fellow though.

On a side note, the opposites, those that believe that 'God giving Grace' or that those that 'can do wrong' are gifted by God to be able to do any thing. The concept that nobody can do wrong, and that anything you can do, is allowed by God because you can do it. That concept.

Posted on that doctrine a few times, it says if you are blessed you are allowed to do things the 'good people can't' I don't agree with that doctrine.

But anyways, they use your last comment as a joke or a punch line, not sure anyone knew that. But 'wishing someone the best' to that group is considered bad. The opposites are a funny bunch, they really are opposite.

6. abrams hasn't had a regular presence on msnbc for a couple of years
He's still identified as a Legal Analyst for NBC News (not MSNBC), but I don't think he appears on NBC all that frequently either.
