Just for reference, the black guy is Congressman Allen West (Teabagger/Republican House Representative, Florida--Crazytown). He who once claimed to have a higher security clearance than the President, he who believes Co-Exist bumper stickers are part of an malicious subversive plot against America, he who argued that media outlets reporting the Wikileaks story should be censored, he whose first order of business as Congressman-elect was to appoint as chief of staff a talk radio show host who advocated hanging illegal immigrants and once proclaimed, "If ballots don't work, bullets will."

The white guy is supposed to be Ronald Reagan.

When I first read the subject line, I thought it was going to be one of those pieces of "art" where some zoo gorilla has smeared his own shit over a canvas. And this is far superior to that. Although I'm not an art critic, nor do I even play one on the internets. So I could very well be wrong about that.
