These are the women of Femen, Ukraine's topless female protest movement. Young women who believe that the best way to make their voice heard is through sheer bare-chested brazenness.

They'll surely get attention, but getting attention is not equal to being listened to. In fact, nothing tends to distract a guy's attention from issues (actually, any rational thought) than topless young women.

which is a fine idea.

Their main goal appears to be that they want more young Ukrainian women to be politically active, as they stated in the article.
