Doritos has posted two possible, impossibly suggestive gay-themed ads for the Superbowl. It's unclear if they'll actually run – or if they're any less dumb and offensive than their heterosexual counterparts.

See both commercials at:

I actually liked both of the ads. I think they are tasteful .... if you like Doritos! BBI

1. Would they release the ads two weeks before the game?
Aren't those ads usually secret?

2. The "ads" are part of their "Crash The Superbowl" campaign ...
people submit their ads to their site. That's where they came from and why they're not so secret.

3. So those ads were not made by Doritos? If not, they were professionally done.

5. Not a chance
If Doritos runs these, imagine the nuclear firestorm they'll create.

Hey, RUN 'EM!

7. I doubt they'll get run.
From Doritos' perspective, they stand much, much more to lose from pissing off the majority of their market than they stand to gain by assuaging a very small group of people who are not even their premiere marketing demographic.

I'd say run at least one of them though. :)

8. Frito Lay thanks you......
Superbowl commercials are notoriously kept under wraps till the day of the Superbowl, these were obviously meant to go viral so I'm sure Frito Lay appreciates your help.
