I just dont trust Obama anymore
I have tried to stay optimistic, and I have tried to stay objective while watching this SOTU, but I just dont feel anything when I hear him speak. Its like his words are hollow and empty. He is just saying what everyone wants to hear and using a bunch of emotional buzz words that dont really mean anything.

I think that he has made it as clear as he will ever make it that he is a centrist. He brags about our military activities in the middle east while lying about how great free trade has been for America. He says he supports the people of Tunisia when it was our government who supported their tyrannical government while it suppressed their people. He spews disgusting American exceptionalism bullshit meant to divide the world and foster dangerous feelings of jingoism.

He also said a lot of good stuff that I agree with but it just felt so meaningless when its mixed in with all this military, patriotic fluff.

After 2 years of seeing what he has done in office, who hes appointed, what policies he has been aggressive on and which ones he hasn't, I just dont believe anything he says anymore, because I know hes just saying what he thinks a majority of this country "wants" to hear and not what we "need" to hear.

6. K&R but I believe centrist is not the correct term
To put it in baseball terms, when the right-fielder is in foul territory, the center-fielder has to play in right field to compensate.

8. Only blind faith can trust what he says now
His actions have proven that you can't put any stock in his words.
