Mr. Boehner - No Matter How You Slice It Your Legacy As The Speaker Is..... |
|
Edited on Wed Jan-26-11 10:35 AM by global1
inextricably tied to President Obama.
You can go down in history as a total uncooperative asshole that further took this country down the rabbit hole or you can go down in history as a Republican that really cares about his country and was willing help turn this ship around.
You will never be considered presidential material - so you won't have a chance like this again.
As the President said last night "no matter who we are or where we come from, each of us is a part of something greater –- something more consequential than party or political preference."
And Mr. Boehner the President also said - "We will move forward together, or not at all -- for the challenges we face are bigger than party, and bigger than politics."
So Mr. Boehner - you have a clear choice here. You can determine your own legacy at this point in time. What's it going to be?

6. You Know - He Probably Will - But Don't It Just Piss You Off That A Person..... |

can reach such a high position in life and have such a choice - like he has now - and will invariably make the wrong decision.
Not too many of us in our lifetimes have such a clear opportunity and choice for what can be greatness. It just makes me angry that a person like Boehner will squander such an opportunity like this for petty politics.
He has a chance to really make his family, friends and constituency - now - and his progeny forever - long after he's gone - really proud.
I almost wish I could sit down with him now and reason with him.

8. Boner will turn his gavel back over to Pelosi in 2013 |
|
He will be a complete and total failure as the tea baggers will continue to jerk him further and further right.

9. Get real...Republicans developed their game plan early 2008 |
|
They will not deviate.. Obama must fail, there is just too much at stake in Republican world. A black man can not be allowed to succeed or next thing you know there will be more of them trying to change things...What a quandry...
