my son wore obama tshirt today. kids make fun, he talked about bauck bauck bauckman |
|
and the video of her saying the founding fathers took care of slavery and the video of matthews discussing it with sal. i had boys watch the video last night after the sotu address. they were literally flabergasted. when she was saying founding fathers, boys were amazed saying, no no, that isnt what happened.
anyway
i thought it cool because he was so down the first time he wore it to school, with all the racial jokes. hurt his feelers. and still, today, boldly put it on again. i was surprised. picking him up, he was in a much better mood this time and not feeling bad. he was able to handle it. stand proud.

25. I wore a John Kerry pin to school during the 2004 election (11'th grade) |
|
Had a teacher ask me incredulously if I was aware that Kerry was pro-abortion. I asked him whether all the iraqi children killed by bush's invasion would consider bush to be pro life.

i put a kerry sticker on my car with lots of trepidation. first time ever to put a sticker on car. for this area, that was incredible, lol. but it was really positive.
went to 11 positive stickers on car cause was so much fun. 2006 election, i immediate had negative experiences with young male drivers and pulled them off.
