Did anyone else notice this misleading chart in the SOTU?

I have to admit I didn't notice it (I was mostly listening and not watching) until I saw it in http://flowingdata.com/2011/01/26/open-thread-charts-during-the-state-of-the-union-address">this post on the flowingdata blog, which is about as non-political as a blog can be. There are many ways to mislead with graphs and charts. This is one of them.

What do you think is misleading in the graphic?

Are the numbers incorrect? The size of the "pies" wrong?

But yeah, the US bubble is grossly exaggerated. They used the diameter of the bubble to represent the data. This is a more accurate representation:
