.....that said, i think the important thing is not when VJ left SNL but rather that we're getting a very good look at the type of mental illness that permeates the minds of these ultra-conservative, fundamentalist "christian", tea bagger people through her.

it's one thing to see the demented scribblings of your average garden variety trailer park freeper on FR.....but here's a FORMER SNL cast member - someone given a lot of airtime and someone who, because of her SNL past, is very visible at rallies - giving us a clear view of her dementia. she's on film, she's on fox news, she writes articles (poorly written ones) on right wing garbage blogs.

she considers watching fox news and reading andrew breitbart's crappy site as research. she parrots back words and phrases she hears other people say even though she doesn't know what they mean. she's a good yardstick for an average GOPer.

sure, she's obnoxious and annoying and even though her 15 minutes were up long ago, she just won't go away. but, i think we need to use this to our advantage and prop her up as the GOP poster child. show the world that this is a mainstream republican and this type of dementia is rampant within the movement. make a mockery out of her and the GOP and the tea baggers.

too bad KO is off the air for a while....i would have loved to see him broadcast her bloated pig face and fingernails-on-a-chalkboard voice calling obama names while waving her bible. the independents and moderate repukes need a good dose of it.
