Since We Rule The World

I get depressed by the fact that whenever there is a major event somewhere in the world few people can manage to go past the question of, "What should we (the US) do?" I know that things are a bit more complicated, and our being involved in everything already complicates them further, but the answer, mostly, is "nothing."

1. Time we should cease aiding and betting certain countries

by giving/selling them military weapons, as well as taking sides by being involved in their politics.

2. Maybe if we stopped meddling in everyones' affairs

we wouldn't be expected to 'do something' all the time.
I mean if the US is/was involved in breaking something, maybe WE SHOULD ask
"Whatcha' gonna do to fix it?"

I think in this case we display a lack of principals.
It appears that the State Dept will wait to see which way things tip, THEN decide how to proceed.

4. We don't rule the world. China does. I assume they have told our leaders what to do about Egypt.
