Man, 83, found with narcotics, sales records
Associated Press - January 28, 2011 3:25 PM ET

GREENEVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Drug enforcement agents have charged an 83-year-old Greene County man with selling prescription painkillers.

The Greeneville Sun reports Leonard Harrison Cutshall was charged with trafficking in narcotics.

Warrants show agents of the 3rd Judicial Drug Task Force arrested Cutshall on Thursday after he agreed to sell eight Lortab pills for $60 and arranged for their delivery.

Agents say they then searched Cutshall's house and found more than 350 prescription painkillers and ledgers that show money owed the defendant from drug sales as well as payments.

5. Alternatively, maybe he had to, just to keep his house and pay for food and utilities.
