"we will continue to be seen as a waning power."
Read that again, right now on the teevee machine.

The fact that people are now saying on the teevee what is common talk ABROAD... as I have been saying MARKERS.

1. We are what we are.
The truth about what America has become is becoming apparent overseas.

3. It is not becoming... it became apparent
as early as 2005 I started reading stories to this effect in the british and mexican press... few and far between. These days paragons of the RIGHT have gone there HERE. But now it is on the teevee machine. This weekend is not just historic for Egypt... that conversation has entered the cable news, which means... mainstream.

5. We've been a waning power for more than that
Thank heavens --- let someone else be the world police. The USA needs to take care of her own people. Maybe we can have national health care like some of the countries we've been paying to supposedly protect.

8. The more QE we do, the WORSE it will get.
It is fueling the massive food price inflation in these countries. Countries where people simply cannot afford basic staples anymore.
