RE: Bradley Manning - Berkeley City Council About To Vote On Proposed Resolution in Supportt of Brad
(Rec'd in my email box this afternoon)

Dear Supporters,

The Berkeley City Council is about to vote on a proposed resolution in support of Bradley Manning.

Let them know that you believe in Bradley - and appeal to them to act courageously! Please send emails, faxes and voice mails to the addresses below. Time is of the essence as the vote is this Tuesday. Form letters are less effective - it's best to tell them why, in your own words, you support Bradley Manning and urge them to do the same.

Thank you for your quick action!

1. Believe in his innocence? Or believe that it's fine that a service member
with security clearance passed hundreds of thousands of secret documents to Wikileaks?

If he's guilty, they should lock him up for a long, long time.

2. No, he broke the law, deliberately and should pay the price
wikileaks benefit legally and we all enjoy transparency, but Brad acted on his own.
