Chicago Tea Party Patriots endorse Gery Chico for Mayor of Chicago say he is to the right of Rahm
I am voting for Rahm, but I could very well vote for Chico, anyway I had to share this. I do believe that much of Rahm's opposition in Chicago, which most likely won't stop him, is coming from the right. It would appear that the Tea Party is playing the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

I think the most disturbing part of this e-mail, from Facebook, is not that they are endorsing Chico but they count very many Chicago police and firefighters as members of the tea party.

====================================

Dear Friends,

The Chicago Tea Patriots is endorse Gery Chico for Mayor of Chicago.

Gery Chico’s opponent is Rahm Emanuel. We need to stand up to Barack Obama and the ObamaNation and say, “Not in my backyard!”

Chico, who is endorsed by the Chicago Police and Chicago Fire emergency personnel service members, know too well the issues that we, the taxpaying residents face. Chico has long endorsed turning a decades-long mandate that prohibits members from living outside of city limits. Presently, police and fire officers are forced to live within the city limits. Many of our tea party members, rank-and-file of the our city’s finest and bravest have long wanted to have freedom to live and raise their families where they wish. Gery Chico is a friend to Chicago’s police and fire officers!

In addition, Gery Chico has consistently and always balanced a budget while working in city government in the 90s. He will, as he has before, cut waste. He will, as he has before, balance a budget, with a surplus. He will, as he has before, serve with honor.

Rahm Emanuel, has promised, as he has done while working for Barack Obama, to raise our taxes. As a progressive liberal, he knows no better.</span>

Bringing the American tradition of free markets back to Chicago so that small businesses are free from the tyranny of Barack Obama and Rahm Emanuel’s hostile tax and spend agenda is the #1 priority of Gery Chico.

I know many of you are scratching your heads, asking, “In Chicago?”

Is Gery Chico Jim DeMint?

No.

Is Gery Chico a tea partier?

No.

Is Gery Chico honest?

Yes.

Gery Chico is running to the right of Rahm Emanuel.

Gery Chico is running in second.

Gery Chico loves our city and our country just like you and me.

Gery Chico is a friend to businesses and taxpayers. Can you honestly say that about Rahm Emanuel?

Gery Chico is our choice for Chicago Mayor.

If you can help us in defeating Rahm Emanuel, please contact me at ChicagoTeaPatriots@Gmail.com or (312) XXX-XXXX. We need your help working phone banks and on election day! You can even call from the warm confines of your home, no matter where you live…!! If you have already told me you were interested, give me two days and I will be contacting you!

We have an obligation to RESTORE HONOR TO OUR CITY AND OUR COUNTRY!

Join me, in telling Rahm Emanuel, “We Don’t Want Nobody That Nobody Didn’t Sent!”

Join me in voting for my friend, Gery Chico, for Mayor of Chicago.

Please contact me to defeat Rahm Emanuel and elect our friend, Gery Chico.

RESTORING HONOR IN CHICAGO,

Catherina Wojtowicz,

3. So you think Rahm = Jim DeMint?
Americans for Democratic Action (ADA) (Liberal Advocacy Group) gave Rahm a 90.9 when he was in the house.

6. Reads like a phony front group set up by Rahm to discredit Chico.
Typical dirty politics played in Chicago. When I lived in Chicago it was traditional for candidates to throw bricks through their own campaign headquarter windows and blame their opponent. You don't see that as often anymore since people know what is going on.
