Also made in America.
After Sadat made the switch from being a Soviet client to an American client back in the 1970s the Egyptian military traded in a lot of its Soviet-made equipment for American models.

It's a tank, an item not in itself evil or good, and I'd rather Egypt buy our tanks than French, British, or whoever-else's tanks. Every modern nation has an arms industry, and those industries mean manufacturing jobs.
A tank can be used for good or for ill, and thus far the Egyptian military doesn't seem to be the problem.
