Bird of prayer - robin has taken to living in historic church and singing with choir.
snip

Reverend Charlie Allen, 31, is delighted with her new red-breasted friend whose vocal contributions to sermons and hymns are easily audible.

The feathered parishioner is one of the nosiest members of the congregation and plays a very vocal part in Sunday services, weddings and funerals.

Rev Allen said: 'This robin is just so wonderfully tame - and also wonderfully noisy.

'He is generally very nosey. He really likes to get amongst things and some days he goes to sit with the choir.

6. I love those fat little red breasted bundles of feathers.
My mom had a robin which used to show up in her yard every year. It would nest in the big tree out front but spend large portions of time hopping around on her window sill and talking with her through the screen window. She named him "Cheep" and their friendship lasted for a good number of years up until she died. I think of Cheep everytime I see the robin which shows up every year in my yard.

14. So sweet! "Cheep" the Robin! My Mom had a thing with the LA BlueJays.
Bluejays are bad-boy birds but she loved them and I think of her whenever I see one.

Bless the Beasts and Birds!!
