Teabaggers turn violent rhetoric against Mass. Republicans
Edited on Sun Jan-30-11 05:58 PM by Ian David
From the right-wing rag Boston Herald:

Mass. RINOs under fire
By Dave Wedge
Sunday, January 30, 2011

The horrific shootings in Tucson sparked cries from both sides to “tone down the rhetoric,” as GOP rock star Sarah Palin took heat for putting political opponents’ districts in crosshairs on an online map.

Here in Massachusetts, looks like some conservatives may have missed the message as they banter online about eradicating the Bay State of “Republicans in name only,” also known as RINOs.

A Facebook page called “Massachusetts RINO Hunt” is dedicated to “the aggressive and immediate removal of all RINO’s from the Republican Party of Massachusetts.” The page’s logo is a red, white and blue rhinoceros shaped like the GOP elephant in crosshairs.

<snip>

The page’s mission statement reads: “Massachusetts is having a good ole fashioned ‘RINO Hunt.’ That’s right! Conservatives of the Commonwealth are tired of having their Party defined by a bumbling herd of RINO’s!”

N THE CROSSHAIRS? Former Gov. Mitt Romney, right, and Sen. Scott Brown, left, are among Bay State politicians indetified as ‘Republicans in name only’ on a Facebook page called Massachusetts RINO Hunt.

When did they start letting Dave Wedge report on stories in which nobody was naked?

Also, not only are Teabaggers violent and stupid, they apparently failed to pick the correct photos to use:

2. They've got their RINO's. We've got our DINO's. Let's watch the right vs far-right
fight it out.

Of course most us view their "RINOs" as all part of the their big reactionary repub family, but my guess is that they view our DINOs as just part of the enemy, liberal Democratic party. The "INO"s only seem like "INO"s when they are in your own party.
