Egypt's military moves to take control of parts of Cairo
Reporting from Cairo — Egypt's military moved more aggressively Sunday to take control over parts of the capital, but the sixth day of unrest ended with increasing questions about how much longer President Hosni Mubarak could withstand calls for his resignation, including an electrifying demand from opposition leader Mohamed ElBaradei that he step down to "save the country."

5. They may have orders to secure more sites

2. Nothing on Al Jazeera about this. In fact they've been
interviewing Egyptians who are wondering where the army is.

4. Of course the military is taking control of parts of Cairo, the police have disappeared
at Mubarak's behest. Then they went out in plain clothes and looted and shot guns and destroyed artifacts in museums and shot people without provocation.
