The airforce will win up until tanks roll into the airbase and shut them down.

2. Their AF might want to remember that their planes need to land sometime, lol.
An F-15 is no match for a guy with a rock if the planes are stuck on the ground.

So it's not shocking that the Air Force would support him at this point.

4. Air forces are generally elitist.

Think about it, their 'warriors' are all officers, privileged treatment.
It's almost medieval.
