Truck Show Fans Towed After Paying To Park

INDIANAPOLIS -- Dozens of Monster Truck fans said their cars were towed Saturday after they paid to park them on a lot.

The lot, just south of downtown, now has signs posted that warn of the risk of towing, but people who parked there Saturday night said the signs weren't there, 6News' Jennifer Carmack reported.

Brandy Balting said what started out as a night of fun for her and her family took a turn for the worse when they left.

Balting and 27 other drivers ended up at Interstate Delaware South towing, waiting in the cold to get their vehicles back after they were towed from the lot at Pennsylvania and East Merrill streets.

"It's ridiculous. We actually paid $20 to park in the lot," Balting said.
