|
Edited on Sat Dec-18-10 12:44 PM by racaulk
IIRC, the vote was along party lines except for the following: Reps voting Aye: Brown Collins Kirk Murkowski Snowe Voinovich I'm still looking for a roll call online to confirm this. :hi: Official roll call here: http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=111&session=2&vote=00279Edited for clarity and to include the votes.

Voting with the majority of Democrats were Republicans Scott Brown (MA), Mark Kirk (IL) George Voinovich (OH), Lisa Murkowski (AK), Susan Collins (ME), and Olympia Snowe (ME).
I do not know why they said seven and list six (so only six Republicans are human)

11. If my memory serves me... |

Manchin voted no, but Brown, Voinovich, Snowe, Collins, Kirk, and Murkowski all voted Aye. The vote was along party lines otherwise.
I'm still looking for a link to the roll call.

But you know that the tea party folks are already preparing the gallows for the GOP that crossed party lines. We may need to help them.
