Four no-shows is interesting… Apparently Manchin voted No as well (actually he may just have not voted), along with Hagan, Pryor, Tester, Baucus, and Ben Nelson. The four no-shows were Republicans.

If this count is acurate... It wasn't the Republicans that stopped the DREAM Act.

IOW - The Democrats could have defeated this filibuster, but did not.

And if the Democratic Party wanted to lock in the Hispanic Vote for the next generation, they failed miserably.
