"I will die to be free!"

I watched a young Egyptian man say this, as he held a bloody bandage to his head. "This is what Mubarak does!", he cried. "But, I will die to be free!".

Too many times we watch comfortably in our living rooms as oppressed people rise up, and then are cut down. Their resistance extinguished.

We must all be Egyptians today. We must all cry for freedom today.
For all of those across time who have died for democracy, who have died for freedom. We cannot let their lives be wasted.

Speak out. Remember them today.
