Bank of America Corporation (NYSE:BAC) has been sued for deception by the Nevada Attorney General.

Nevada’s Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto has announced that her office is suing Bank of America Corporation (NYSE:BAC) for deceiving Nevada homeowners. The lawsuit focuses on the bank’s loan modification and foreclosure practices.

Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto said “There’s this constant egregious pattern of conduct that is so deceptive on the part of Bank of America Corporation (NYSE:BAC) and that’s what we’re talking about here, is that Bank of America needs to change its practices.”
