At DU we tend to quibble among ourselves, with everyone having different opinions and agendas. Instead of letting controversial issues become decisive and degrade into open arguments, we should all try respecting each others' opinions and ideas. I've recently learned to respect my friends' points of view, here at DU. I hope, in the future we can ALL come together more often, instead of only focusing on our ideas of what is right or wrong. Keep an open mind. With as many people as there are at DU, we would become a more dynamic force, capable of invoking REAL change and improvements in America, if we could only coordinate our actions in some centralized manner. I doubt it will ever happen; but it's a nice dream.
