Definition of the word "uncertainty" according to the Chamber of Commerce.
Translated means "We will hang onto our humungo profits until we are CERTAIN that we will have all regulations and controls removed to drilling, polluting, outsourcing, theft, Pharma, Insurance and taxation of the rich". So until then, we will be uncertain. And when that time (is bought) comes, we will be certain of where we will invest it.

1. Charge them with murder if someone dies
if they get the regulations changed
They want to be treated like people
then have the execs put their lives on the line

3. Yep - precisely what's wrong with it
A sensible law would require a murder conviction for every individual that dies of pollution-related causes.

But I'm not holding my breath for someone in this Congress to propose such a law.
