I wonder if Dan Choi will be invited to the DADT repeal signing |
|
He's become the most prominent civilian advocate of repeal. http://thinkprogress.org/2010/12/18/final-dadt-senate

1. What about those who fought it in the courts instead of on MSNBC? |

7. I understand and will go one further... |
|
I think at least one representative from the Log Cabin Republicans who fought for the court case should be there too... ya know, in the spirit of Obamaesque bipartisanship!

3. He should be there. Absolutely. |
|
And Victor Fehrenbach should be there. And Mike Almy. And Eric Alva. And Margaret Witt. These are the public faces of how horrible this sop to bigotry and discrimination was. These are the people, just a small representation, of the 13,000 men and women who were kicked of the military solely because of who they are. And who they love.
They should all be there at the signing.
