IF Republicans really like DADT and the Constitution on Jan. 3, 2012 they should
NOT fund the US Army. The Army is not Constitutionally mandated. The funding for it must be appropriated at the beginning of each Congress, this is usually the first act after swearing in.

Well Republicans what's it gonna be? Are you really going to use your funding powers or have you just been stringing people along all these years?

1. Along that line of thinking...
isn't funding the military now a part of the 'HO-mo-SECKS-you-ull agenda'? That'll REALLY give cadaverous Fred Phelps & his minions something to protest now!
