3. The longer he delays, the more nervous I get.

The crowd will accept nothing less than Mubarak stepping down and leaving the country. If that doesn't happen -- or if Mubarak and Suliman have something nefarious up their sleeves -- this could be bad.

I don't know if I trust the word of any Egyptian authority right now, and that includes the military.

When, exactly, is he supposed to speak? It's going on 10 p.m. there.
