From the vantage point of CNN, it looks like they intend to leave the square en masse. Correct me if I'm wrong.

6. I fear that the crowd was just baited by this corrupt government |
|
by a delusional, irrational, sociopath who has been in power for 30 years. He takes ownership for nothing and blames everyone else for what is happening in "His" country. He appears to want more instability and he is defiantly staying to cause the Chaos he thinks will help him remain in control. It appears that the Egyptian military is now siding with the dictator or he could not have made this speech and felt safe doing so. This could get very ugly, very fast. They talk about rational thinking by the people while they continue to be irrational about what the people want. Suleiman, speaking now, has already said that he does not think that Egypt is ready for democracy. They want this fraud out as well. The people want this entire corrupt government gone, that is it, end of story. These protesters, all know what will befall them in the future if this government stays in power. Revenge will be the first order of business to silence any future protests.
