It is that others will be deeply touched by you. Would you like to know a secret that will make this happen?

It is this: Instead of sending or emailing as many holiday cards as you can, all with some empty pre-fabricated statement as nearly everyone else does, stop and write a personal note to each person, expressing your thoughtful caring for them, even if that means you send but a few cards.

If you will do this simple act, you will make an incredible difference in the lives of others, as you deeply touch their hearts, by making them feel special. Long after the meaningless mass messages are forgotten, your card will be treasured and you appreciated for your kindness.

Did someone you know have a baby? Did they move to a new home? Did they get a job promotion? Did they sacrifice to lose a great deal of weight? Are they battling health issues or did they lose a loved one? Are they fearful for their future?

Put yourself in their position and offer some kind words of acknowledgement and support. You will be amazed at what comes out of your pen and do you know why? Because it will come from the depths of your soul, where you have profound caring and insight.

As you touch peoples' hearts and uplift their lives, it will bring you joy far beyond anything you may have imagined.
