Every time al qaida targets a new industry ... productivity of that industry goes down
as the target struggle with new security measures. And productivity going down results in less wealth for the country. Tis one of the reasons why the USA is at war. So don't let the wealthy say they are not getting anything out of the war on terror.

regarding the security measures. They are just another whitewash like liability insurance and quality management.

2. Oh those new security measures are needed. Other wise people would not
trust the industry could keep them safe. And customers would avoid it. And productivity would go down in that way.
