My niece in Madison, WI just posted this on her FB page:
From Rep. Berceau: : Rumor is that tea party people are being bused in and will be brought to the Capitol between 3-4:00 p.m. through the tunnel from 1 W. Wilson to fill the gallery with Walker supporters for the budget speech. WELL, LET'S GO TO 1 W WILSON NOW TO BLOCK THE TUNNEL!
