1. So, I found the "original" on YouTube
Apparently, the usual suspects (fox, breitbart, wingnutlandia) made a huge deal out of it. The video was taken at a MoveOn rally in Sacramento this last Feb 26:

Frankly, those two young men with the shaved heads and "teamsters" jackets look like agent provocateurs.

2. I think the whole thing looks staged.
That guy in the yellow t-shirt has to be an agent provocateur, too. Who would give that man a bullhorn? Then the horse cops, who you never get a good look at, arrive on the scene immediately and the kid gets hustled outta there, peacefully melting into the crowd. Later he's being interviewed by a teabagger? Er, yeah, right.
