1. Mr. Liu is clearly NOT qualified
He was nominated by President Obama, and that seems to be a disqualifier right out of the gate for our friends on the Republican side of the Senate. Unfortunately for them, Liu has more intellectual heft in his little finger than the whole lot of them put together.
