1,000 nurses walk off job at Kaiser in LA
LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- More than 1,000 nurses walked off the job at Kaiser Permanente's Los Angeles Medical Center on Sunset Boulevard on Wednesday.

They're protesting what they say are unfair labor practices.

The walkout started at 6 a.m. and was slated to last for 24 hours.

Kaiser said the medical center is staying open during the strike and that it is negotiating with the nurses union.

2. Love the California Nurses Union
If not for them--your nurse in your state would be taking care of 20 patients at a time.:patriot:

4. That article is remarkably short on information
Which labor practices are they claiming are unfair? Would it have been that difficult for the reporter to at least ask a couple of questions that weren't covered in the press release?
