Can anyone familiar with Twitter answer a question for me? |
|
I've noticed when I'm logged in, the results of for a #search term are different then if I'm not logged in.
When logged in, the results show posts hours old, not in any chronological order, and not nearly as many results.
If I'm *not* logged in the same #search shows a running, up to the minute list of results - with the newest results at the top.
Consequently, I'm getting much more current info by not logging in.
Does anyone know why that is? Is there some setting I'm overlooking?
Thanks.

1. I think if you scroll further down, you'll see more recent tweets |
|
But I don't know the reasoning for that other than I think the older ones tend to be more popular...

2. Sort of, but not really. |

out of curiosity, I opened a second browser and didn't log in - that one has lots of new posts which aren't on the logged in page.
